Fork and Plow Lavender Farm is a small, family-run farm located in the mountain outskirts of Temecula Wine Country in Southern California. They focus on farm to table food and organic agriculture, which makes for an epic picnic and photoshoot opportunity!

You’ll need a reservation to see this property. The best way to visit is to book a ticket for Fork and Plow’s “U-Pick”, which is offered during the summer (to pick lavender) and autumn (to pick sunflowers)!

The lavender farm is ideal for a day date, and would double as a great place to propose!

At this beautiful farm you can have a charcuterie picnic with fresh cheeses, salami, and lavender-infused honey while sipping on freshly’squeezed lavender lemonade. After your picnic you can stroll around the lavender fields with your love as the sun sets. You’ll even get to pick your own lavender bundle to take home.

Make it a weekend trip by staying in an Airbnb amongst the Temecula wine region while enjoying some local food and wine before your trip to the farm! A couple of my favorite Temecula wineries are Akash Winery and Baily Vineyard & Winery.
