How do we know if you'll be a good fit?

• I always like to book a Zoom call or meet for coffee to make sure our personalities vibe. Your photographer will be with you more than almost anyone else on your wedding day... It's SO important that you trust your photographer & feel good around them.

What is your shooting & editing style like?

• I avoid the awkward/stiff poses while still giving enough direction when you need it! I love candid photos, and documentary-style photos usually end up being some of my favorites from a wedding gallery!

What are you like in person?

• I'm a pretty friendly & laid back person and my clients tend to say I am a calming presence on their wedding day.

Do you work with other vendors in OC?

• Yes! I have a full wedding vendor guide I send to all my potential clients when they inquire with me.

Do you shoot film?

• I love shooting film and I offer 35mm film packages in addition to delivering digital photos. There's something special about film and receiving those nostalgic & retro-style photos to look back on.

When & how do you deliver the images? 

• I deliver a preview of edited images from your wedding gallery within 48 hours, and the rest of the edited gallery within 2 months of your wedding. Photos are delivered via a digital link through a beautiful online gallery service called Pic-Time. Along with your photo gallery, you'll receive full downloading rights to the images in both high/print resolution and low/web resolution. You can also share your wedding gallery with all your friends & family through a private digital link!

How many images do you deliver?

• You can expect anywhere from ~60-100 edited images per hour of shooting.

What camera gear do you shoot with?

• I shoot on a Canon R5 mirrorless camera - it's the best of the best! I also carry lots of backup equipment with me to every wedding so there are no surprises.

Can I have a second photographer at my wedding?

• Absolutely! This is a great way to capture multiple perspectives during your day and ensure there is no moment missed. My larger wedding packages include a second photographer, but I offer a second shooter as an add-on option for all of my packages.

How do you protect our images?

• It's important to hire a photographer that has camera gear with multiple card slots - in an emergency, if one card corrupts, I always have a backup of those same images. I then download your images to multiple external sources after your wedding to make sure your wedding images are safe.

Do you travel?

• Yes, yes, always yes! I have lots of travel experience and ideas up my sleeve if you are looking to do a destination wedding & want some inspo!

Can you come early to shoot our rehearsal dinner?

• Yes, I offer a "day before" as well as a "day after" package, or a full-blown weekend wedding package, if your vibe is partying with your friends and family all weekend & you want some epic photos of your wedding weekend memories!

What if I don't see the package I want in your investment guide?

• No worries, I'm always happy to create a custom package that is unique to you & exactly what you're looking for.

Do you shoot video?

• I don't, but am happy to recommend great videographers in the OC area that specialize in short films, long films, or super 8 films, depending on what you're looking for!

Do you offer a photobooth?

• I work with Roma Photobooth a lot & recommend them to everyone - they are the best!

How does payment work?

• Easy - 50% to hold your date and 50% due a week before your wedding. You'll receive an invoice once we make things official and your contract is signed.

Do you offer payment plans?

• Yes, I'm happy to set up a custom payment plan if needed.

Do you offer printed albums?

• Yes, I work with a luxury album printing service with high quality materials and unlimited design options. You can be as involved or hands-off with the design process as you'd like! Ask me for more details on options if you want a tangible memory from your day to keep as a table book or to give to family.

• I get it, there are a million and one photographers in the market you could choose from, so thanks for being here. First of all, I want to make sure you love and connect with my images and editing style. But images aside, the interesting thing about your wedding day is that, aside from your partner, your photographer is most likely the person you will spend the most time with on your day. When I planned my own wedding, my photographer was to me the most important vendor I hired, because I knew I would value those images for the rest of my life & I wanted to be sure I would enjoy spending the day with them too. I truly care about my couples, getting to know you, and how you feel each moment of your day. For me, photos are priceless- they are the memories that will last after all of the flowers have died, your guests have gone home, and the music has faded. I don't take this job for granted and will always be grateful for the couples that allow me to be a part of the most important day of their lives.
